The book is out and is selling well. There are several 5-star reviews on amazon.com and I have heard from many more readers, how reading the book has motivated them to get more active and live healthier.
Since I stopped blogging, I’ve been doing a lot of other things. One thing I learned from writing my book, is that athletes who are over 50 don’t need much help. They are the ones who have figured it out. They know how to stay healthy and active.
I noticed that many people who were interested in what I was doing, were over 35, but less than 50. I decided to try and help these people, and started doing some coaching. I helped people figure out what they should do and helped them stay accountable in doing so. In doing this, I learned even more about how to develop habits around being fit and healthy.
I have taken all the learning I had from writing my book and from that coaching people and created the 21 Days 7 Habits program that is the focus of this website. I will be blogging regularly about my continued learning. I hope to share tips that I learned as well as the stories of people who are making a difference in their lives by creating healthy habits. I hope you follow along and comment often.
