If you have been following me for a while, you know that I have been doing the P90X workouts for a couple years, and I love them. Well, the next version of this great workout series, P90X2 just came out. I will be starting these workout in January 2012.
How will you challenge yourself in 2012?
I believe that we all need to keep on challenging our minds and bodies each year, in order to feel young, strong, and stay independent for as long as possible.

I’m also planning on hosting my group coaching program, Project Wow!, in 2012 as I did in 2011. In Project Wow, I will teach participants everything I know about health, fitness, nutrition, ant-aging, time management, and help them through their 2012 fitness journey. I will also select a few successful participants to feature in a future book. Talk about accountability. Stay tuned for detail. Here is a video of a 2011 participant, who had great results.
